DD1 - EC start at 3 1/2 months We started EC with our DD1 when she was 3.5 months old after doing a bit of searching on the web. For our first offer, she was held her over a sink in the bathroom after she woke from a nap. We took right too it, and I quickly realized that disposable diapers were hard for us to use. I had a really hard time knowing if the diaper was wet or not. I was spending way too much energy trying to guess if I was putting a dirty diaper on her or a clean diaper in the trash - they are SO absorbent. I figured if *I* could not tell, then how could she?
We got a bit of cloth, loved it, and ordered more. We have been full time cloth ever since.
I did not document the first year of ec'ing with our DD1, but I did capture several pre and post-grad updates. Enjoy!
